| Water flows — it cannot stop. If there is no container, it keeps moving. Raining down to the ground, to lake, to stream, to river, down and down into the ocean. Vast, wide, expanding ocean… it flows -- down and up, down and up, down and up. Side to side, a wave appears, side to side. Water moves, water shifts. When we shift our weight -- right foot to left foot, left foot to right foot, tailbone to sacrum, to lumbar, to thoracic, to cervical -- water appears, Down to the top from the top of our head, water splashing toward the sky.
