Using physical theatre, the structure of a soccer game and Butoh, Andrew uses their body to transform, revere, resurrect and play ball. Their rigorous, physical expression in conversation with their lightness and sense of play captures the sensitivity of the human experience. An exploration of duration, endurance and the fucking game of soccer. Andrew Stout (He/They) is an Actor, Playwright, and Physical Theatre Artist from Kansas City Kansas. Now located in Boston he continues his training and exploration with Boston Conservatory. He also has recently trained at Dell'arte International in their Professional Training Program for physical theatre as well as with the University of Minnesota-Guthrie for an Acting BFA. He loves adapting old text into new works and has a passion for dance and the avant-garde physical theatre world. Recent work includes Salt and Sage: Titus/Macbeth (Actor/Musician), Magenta Mountain: Doom and Bloom Cabaret (Burlesque Performer), Dellarte: Red Light Cabaret (Singer), Fools Delight (Co-creator/Clown), Hollow Palm (Co-creator/Performer).

Lily Alice Linz (she/they) is an actor-creator, director and performance artist from Santa Barbara, California. She is a recent graduate of the Institute of Contemporary Performance at Portland Experimental Theatre Ensemble. She studied Physical Theatre at Dell’arte International, and before that, trained at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago for performance art. She is a co-collaborator and company member of Proximity Theatre, which is an experimental theatre company dedicated to making movement based, new work.

CHASE KNIFFEN (Program Director of Artist's Lab) is a NYC-based director and designer. He was the Associate Artistic Director of Virginia Repertory Theatre for ten seasons, where he produced, directed, and designed numerous productions. Select Directing credits include The Sound of Music, The Color Purple, Dreamgirls, Other Desert Cities, Caroline, or Change, Violet, Next to Normal, Gypsy, Fun Home and South Pacific. He has won multiple Richmond Theatre Critics Circle Awards for his work on those productions. Chase has also designed sets, lighting, and projections for multiple plays, musicals and concerts. He received his BA in Theatre with a concentration on Scenic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and his MFA in Directing from Pace University. www.chasekniffen.com.

Saki Kawamura (Associate Artistic Director of RenGyoSoh) is a NY-based Japanese director and interdisciplinary artist, her passion for theatre led her to move to NYC in 2019 to study. She currently pursues her MFA in Directing at the Actors Studio Drama School. She is so blessed to have the opportunity to work with the great artists and establish her work as Ren Gyo Soh. She puts great value on the process of collaboration, and loves to hear the stories of her collaborators and put them into her work. Yoshiko Usami Sienkiewicz (Producing Artistic Director of RenGyoSoh) has been leading an award winning Butoh Theatre Group, RenGyoSoh since 2014. They are an award-winning Japanese artist, whose work has been presented across the USA and Europe. They have acted in, devised, and choreographed a variety of local and international shows and films.
