There is a Japanese proverb:
“Even a one-inch insect has a half-inch soul”
“even the smallest being has a soul,
and its own will,
so do not make light of it.”
I was inspired by this proverb and the life and death of insects.
Where do living beings on earth come from?
We are exploring life itself (Inochi/命) through this piece.
骸/MuKuRo is an empty body without a life after death.
It is like an empty shell.
Where does a life (a soul) go?
