Limitation begins
The moment we were  born
Restriction
Awakening to what we are.
Destruction to stretch my limbs 
to the world of freedom
What am I ? 
I see you. you see me.
Living beings. animal, insects, plants...
all living beings, and non living beings.
Space, spirits - energy
I am you; you are me.
as a stone, cloud, a tree, flower and an insect.
I am nothing
and everything.
I breathe as the planet breathe.
